OGSM.com is led by a tight-knit team of three consultants—Jasper, Matthijs, and Mees—on a mission to modernise and champion the OGSM framework. Based in the Netherlands, they had already built a solid, functional product rooted in strategic clarity. Overview

When they came to us, the product already had a solid foundation. What it needed was a fresh layer of design thinking—to clarify the brand, simplify the UX, and showcase a tool that deserves to be in every leadership toolkit.

The solution

The new visual language is smart and minimal, with structured layouts and confident typography. The logo reflects the tool’s modular thinking, and the colour palette introduces contrast and focus, avoiding the corporate grey that often clings to strategic tools. The website goal is clear, marketing the framework, educating potential clients and creating a platform to connect to the OGSM.com team.
