OGSM.com
Your Blueprint for Achieving Big.
Designing a digital home for a time-tested business framework—modern, structured, and built to scale.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
OGSM.com is led by a tight-knit team of three consultants—Jasper, Matthijs, and Mees—on a mission to modernise and champion the OGSM framework. Based in the Netherlands, they had already built a solid, functional product rooted in strategic clarity. What they needed next was a layer of thoughtful design: to sharpen the brand, refine the user experience, and present OGSM.com as the go-to tool for leaders navigating complex goals.

Overview
When they came to us, the product already had a solid foundation. What it needed was a fresh layer of design thinking—to clarify the brand, simplify the UX, and showcase a tool that deserves to be in every leadership toolkit.
02
Define
The challenge
OGSM.com was built around clarity—so we would need to build the brand identity to match. To communicate trust and authority without feeling distant, we would also need to leverage branding, strategy and development to create a brand that feels alive, accessible, and ready to scale.

Our approach
Here's what we did:
- Strategy workshops
- Brand positioning
- UX/UI design
- Design system
- Web design (marketing site)
- Motion & interaction

Create
The solution
The new visual language is smart and minimal, with structured layouts and confident typography. The logo reflects the tool’s modular thinking, and the colour palette introduces contrast and focus, avoiding the corporate grey that often clings to strategic tools. The website goal is clear, marketing the framework, educating potential clients and creating a platform to connect to the OGSM.com team.

The Impact
With the refreshed brand and product experience live, OGSM.com has seen a noticeable uptick in demo requests and user engagement. But more than numbers, the redesign has sparked internal momentum—aligning the team around a vision that feels bigger, sharper, and future-ready.
